Account & Data Deletion
In-App Deletion Options
- Delete all Data Permanently: available to the family creator in app settings. This permanently deletes the family and all associated data.
- Unlink Account: removes a member from a family and revokes access until invited again.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, email hello@lavs.info from your sign-in email with:
- Subject: I Told You deletion request
- Your Google sign-in email
- Whether you want Unlink Account or Delete all Data Permanently (creator only)
Processing Timeline
We process verified deletion requests as quickly as possible, typically within 7 business days.
